At Simply Embedded, we work with you to clearly define project goals, requirements, and schedules. With a firm understanding of your most important project metrics, cost, schedule, function, etc., we then develop a plan focused on meaningful deliverables.
We understand that as a project progresses requirements may change. After each deliverable we will review the requirements for the next milestone to determine if new priorities exist, new features are required, or changes to existing designs are necessary. The project plan is then adjusted accordingly.
Throughout the project, you can review progress to your desired depth. We don’t build black box systems and then leave it for you to figure out later. We regularly provide a detailed breakdown of the work performed as well as with each deliverable. The breakdown details the exact feature implemented, so when the deliverable is received it can be independently verified.
